Wellbeing Check In

Join our weekly Wellbeing Check-In, a safe and supportive virtual space facilitated by Autistic Nottingham’s Outreach Team. These 2-hour group calls take place every Tuesday evening from 7pm to 9pm,(formerly Mondays) offering Autistic adults a chance to talk about the week ahead—or reflect on the week just gone—in a relaxed and understanding environment.
