Real Living Wage Employer
We are dedicated to ensuring all of our staff are paid, at minimum, the real living wage. This wage is set by the "Real Living Wage Foundation" and as it increases each year, so does the wages of our employees to match their recommendations.

To gain this accreditation we have had to prove that we are an ethical employer who pays our staff the "Real Living Wage", pay them on time and look out for their well being.
