Creative Expression is a crafting group that promotes mental well-being through various arts and crafts, similar to Art Therapy.

We have a monthly theme for the session’s activities, this session theme is, of course, Christmas.
You are still welcome to bring your own projects if you would prefer to work on those.

We engage in painting, drawing, knitting, writing, and more; we provide the materials.

No artistic expertise is required; just bring enthusiasm and an open mind.

Light refreshments are included, you are welcome to bring your own snacks (but not full meals or anything smelly, as the room we use doesn’t have windows/ventilation)
