This is our Festive Celebration and AGM (Annual General Meeting). This event is open to all who wish to attend, so you may bring friends/family along should you wish, but please ensure you book tickets accordingly. This is going to be held at the venue next door to the office.
There is a Free & Paid option as always, if you (or those coming with you) are wanting to eat at the event please can take one of the paid options
7pm-7.30pm will be arrival time, coming in, getting drinks and having a chat
7.30pm-8pm Is the AGM, that will consist of a short presentation of what the charity has done over the last year and what we are planning to do as well as a Q&A with Management/Trustees.
8pm onwards shall be the party. There will be decorations, light music (no DJ, just background music) and party games (optional). There is also going to be a buffet of assorted sandwiches, salads, all sorts of staple buffet food. We are going to get all the allergen information and label the food, but if you have dietary requirements please email social@autisticnottingham.org so we can be aware and cater to them as best we can.
